If you're the "BUYER" in your transaction, my services are "FREE" to you. Fees for those services are PAID BY THE BUILDER OR SELLER of the home, property or land you're buying at the Close of Escrow (C.O.E.).
As the "SELLER" in your transaction, my commission rates or flat fees are negoiatable and customized to your circumstance and market conditions. The "A la Carte" listing puts YOU in charge of the transaction. YOU control the marketing and sale of your home.
If you're an INVESTOR, fees vary depending on the type of service or services you require. Be sure to ask me about the "Multiple Discount" rate for Investors.
It's "My Responsibility" as your Realtor/Broker - Real Estate Counselor to keep "current" on the issues affecting "Arizona Real Estate" and Valley "Market Conditions". I take this "obligation" very seriously.
